Voice message therapy
After years of listening to the needs of the people I work with, I decided to adapt my practice to overcome some of the limitations and inconveniences that can arise in traditional therapy, whether in person or online.
For this reason, I offer asynchronous therapy. This means that we do not need to be available at the same time or in the same place in order to work together. If you wish, you can send me a written or voice message describing your situation. Once I have read or listened to it, I will sit with your story and allow it to unfold within me, noting the information and insights that arise over the course of several hours or days. When I feel that my response is complete, I will record it in a voice message and send it to you.
Some of the most important benefits of voice message therapy are:
- Privacy: no waiting rooms and no need to show your face. I do not need to know what you look like in order to connect with you and your story. This level of privacy allows you to share from a deeper place of honesty and vulnerability, free from euphemisms, taboos, or shame.
- Freedom: a therapeutic model free from the rigidity of schedules. We are not dependent on calendars or fixed appointments; you are free to book your session and send your message whenever it feels right for you.
- Permanence: one of the questions I heard most often in my in-person practice was, “Can I record this?” With this format, you have the reassurance of keeping my audio responses forever, allowing you to revisit and process them as many times as you need.
- Complete Focus: we concentrate on what truly matters: the message itself. We remove the visual distractions of face-to-face therapy and avoid the mental chatter that often arises from seeing your own face on a screen during online sessions.
- Geographical Flexibility: we connect wherever you are, not only from any corner of the world, but also from within the spaces of your everyday life. You can listen to your session in the car, in the bath, in bed, while working, meditating, or on holiday.
- Depth: hearing is the first sense to develop in the womb and the last to fade when we die. It is the first sense to awaken in the morning and the last to fall asleep at night. Our ancestors healed through stories shared around the fire. Today, headphones become that fire, carrying my words directly to the soul, free from visual distractions.
Frequently asked quesions
No. Although I am a clinical psychologist by training, SIT is not intended to provide psychological diagnoses or treat mental health disorders. Under no circumstances does Spiritual Integrative Therapy replace medical or psychological treatment. It can serve as a complementary approach when a mental health condition is present, or as a valuable form of support when the focus is on the inner development themes described above.
No. I do not use my clairsentient abilities to predict the future or to channel messages from beyond the veil. The spiritual information I share is firmly rooted in your human experience and in the present moment, the here and now.
Yes. I support people in their inner development by helping them clarify, deepen, and expand their meditation, energy work, psychic, religious, and/or spiritual practices from a place of calm, presence, and authenticity.
They are fully personalized audio recordings of varying length. In them, I offer guidance and insight regarding your situation, drawing upon my knowledge, experience, and perception. Depending on your needs, I may also include a tapping protocol, a guided visualization, a meditation, energy medicine exercises, breathing or writing practices, as well as digital resources and recommended readings.
Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a psycho-emotional, somatic, and energetic regulation tool that is simple to learn and remarkably effective, even in areas where conventional psychology can sometimes encounter limitations (such as PTSD in war veterans). It involves gently tapping specific points on the face and body that correspond to acupressure pathways and stimulate the vagus nerve, helping the body shift from a state of alertness into relaxation. As you tap, I guide you verbally through specific phrases that help reprocess memories and thought patterns, reducing and releasing their emotional charge at its root.
The fee for each consultation is $135 (VAT included).
Once payment has been made (via Bizum, credit card, or PayPal), you will receive an email with the next steps. From there, you can send me the reason you are seeking guidance either as a voice message or in written form, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Once payment has been received and you have sent your written or voice message, you will receive my personalized response within 3 to 7 days.
No. Just as in my former in-person practice, I do not provide therapy for children or adolescents. Although this approach may be valuable for early spiritual development, my training and calling are focused exclusively on working with adults.
No. As this is an asynchronous form of therapy, if you are experiencing a severe crisis or emergency, I kindly encourage you to contact the appropriate emergency healthcare services in your area.
It depends on where you are in your journey. People who are seeking clarity around a specific question or issue often book a single consultation. For those seeking a deeper therapeutic process and meaningful transformation, it is ideal to allow time for integration between sessions. In these cases, I recommend an interval of 10 to 15 days between sessions.
