A space for understanding, integration and transformation.
Spiritual Integrative Therapy
does not invite you to look down,
but to see from above.
Spiritual Integrative Therapy is a space that does not limit itself to treating symptoms, the mind, or behavior. Instead, it views the person as an interconnected map in which the body, emotions, mind, and soul form an inseparable Being.
It recognizes that emptiness or personal crises are not flaws that must be forcibly repaired, but rather calls from your soul inviting you to begin a transformation.
Thus, while traditional therapy helps you understand why your blocks exist, the spiritual integrative perspective offers a safe space to discover what they are here for and how to transform them into growth and evolution.
SIT includes neither dogma nor religion. It is a form of guidance and healing that frees you from the constant need to be someone. It gently dissolves the image you formed of yourself when you identified with your thoughts, emotions, actions, and circumstances, offering you a path of self-discovery that allows you to live with an open heart, at peace with the past, and in deep communion with the present.
Using the metaphor of a tree, therapy can work on different layers, from the roots to the fruits:
-
Limiting beliefs and reactive patterns: not feeling good enough; the need for approval; fear of abandonment; the need for control; not feeling safe...
-
Events, experiences, and life circumstances: family conflicts, bullying, trauma, accidents, experiences of rejection, abandonment...
* We often believe that our patterns and beliefs originate in childhood. Yet, at a deeper level, our soul arrives in this world already carrying the imprint of past lives. For this reason, the soul chooses the parents, events, and circumstances that will shape it, with the sole purpose of transmuting and transcending those patterns. -
Emotions and feelings: sadness, insecurity, jealousy, loneliness, nervousness, distrust, anger, helplessness, fear, guilt...
-
Symptoms: existential (lack of meaning, disconnection from the divine, spiritual crisis...), physical (pain, exhaustion, illness...), relational (family or relationship difficulties, distrust, loneliness...), professional (unemployment, workplace harassment, lack of purpose...), financial (scarcity, debt, monetary loss...).
-
Gifts: what you offer to the world. Your life is not only about receiving (satisfaction, love, attention...), but also about giving to others the gifts you came into this world to offer.
A therapy for wholehearted living.
The reasons why someone seeks therapy are as vast as the universe itself. Spiritual Integrative Therapy not only addresses all the concerns typically explored in conventional therapy, but also works with more specific experiences:
